The Trees

Just a quick reminder to all campers to reply to characters' bio forms when they are no longer in use as characters to let us know that fact so we can keep the collection up to date, and also to reply in the Faceclaim, Who's Who, and Cabin lists so that we can work as efficiently as possible!

I walk around the lake, humming quietly. I blink away any remnants of tear while my hand aimlessly twirls a strand of hair.

After ditching Trinity I run around the lake and eventually get all the way to the trees, but my run ended in an abrupt stop when I run straight into Lilith.

"What the- oh, it's Lance," I say, quickly standing up. A knife had materialized in my hand, but I speedily dissolve it. I quickly compose myself in an attempt to avoid any questions.

"Hey there," I mutter as I push myself. I give the knife a worried look, but I'm thankful when it disappears. I's much rather not get cut by one of those again.

The knife reforms in my hand and I flip it around idly. I give him a wave, walking off deeper into the forest.

I sit among the branches, unmoving. The familiar atmosphere of the woods serves to calm me utterly and allows me to think clearly. The drama and pettiness of the camp can't reach me here. At least, it would not be probable that it should.
