Personality: Chloe is a quiet young girl who keeps to herself mostly. She enjoys music and reading, and usually does these by herself to better enjoy them. When she does make friends, she's fiercely loyal and shows a great love for them. Though she doesn't talk much, she thinks, a lot, about many different things. She can usually be found hidden under things or in dark corners. She's nervous around strangers, especially boys, and is known to take the flight option in the fight or flight scenario.

Backstory: Chloe grew up with her father, who neglected her and left her with her nanny and four older brothers. Her older brothers constantly bullied her and made her feel inferior. She got used to running away and most of the time ran to an elderly woman's house who would hide her and take care of her until her father or one of her brother's came to find her. When Chloe was nearly 12, the elderly woman died and Chloe discovered her powers when she, out of emotional turmoil, frosted and froze her window. Khione claimed her instantly and her father started taking her to camp every summer until he decided to just not come to get her, the year she turned 15.
