Personality: Lila has a cheery disposition 99% of the time, though she can descend into bad sulks. She tries very hard to please people and make friends to make herself seem appealing and feel wanted. She doesn't like to be on her own, doing nothing, it dampens her mood, especially if she is convinced no one likes her. She enjoys taking part in team activities and is rather (very) competitive, especially against friends. She is quick to trust but holds grudges.

Backstory: Lila grew up at home with her mother in Iowa on a ranch, learning to ride at an early age. After discovering she was a natural rider, she gradually spent more and more time with the horses and other animals on the ranch, choosing to avoid her mother and the farm hands, all except the youngest, who she became best friends with and spent all her time with.

Despite hardly seeing her daughter, Lila's mother couldn't ignore the signs of Autism, and sought help and Lila was correctly diagnosed. This didn't impact massively on her life, though, and Ken (the youngest farm hand) continued to teach her to read up on the far fields of the ranch when they took half a day to go riding together.

But the peace could never continue forever. Lila's mother heard rumours of monsters in the area and immediately brought her daughter to the safest place for demigods - Camp.
Strengths: Lila has a logical mind and does not feel many emotions, and so can be a fair judge. She is very agile and fast due to years dodging stray colts at home. She has a vivid imagination and can take herself out of a situation with ease if she finds a topic of conversation boring; it is less easy if it is a stressful situation. She is also very intelligent, despite what her history suggests.
Weaknesses: She has an ASD, Asperger's Syndrome, which means she has an inability to recognise most subtle signs such as body language and sarcasm, which can lead to sulks. She finds people she doesn't know well confusing, and hard to understand, and though she tries to be friendly, she doesn't always succeed. She has a fear of being abandoned, which she knows is unrealistic but possible. She seems to have a thick skin and insults bounce off her, but really she is impacted hard with doubt at the slightest hint of an insult.
