Recruiting for a Very Special "Quest"

So, I haven't posted in a bit, mostly because I've been busy, but also because I've been solidifying certain plans before moving past the point of no return. Anyway, if you've seen what I have done you know that Lyca, my character, has gotten railroaded into helping Hades retrieve his drinking horn, which means she'll have to be leaving Camp soon on that errand. I'd like to extend the offer to participate to others, if they'd like to get in on it.

To be clear, this won't be an official quest either in-game or out. In fact, to slip into movie metaphors, this will be to an official quest what Guardians of the Galaxy is to The Avengers; instead of Iron Man you get Star Lord ("Who?"), and instead of Thor you get a (technically) talking tree. There are no rules, no responsibility, and no friendly Camp to fall back on if things go wrong--and if something can go wrong, it probably already has. Above all else, this little jaunt will be about the less-than-shiny side of the demigod world, where monsters and mafiosos rub shoulders in the alleys of New York, CHB is more likely to stand for "criminal hellion brats" than "Camp Half-Blood," and Mount Olympus seems a whole long way above you...

So, if you have any misfits or bad eggs in need of something to do... Extend them an invitation from me. We're about to have rather a lot of fun.

If you want to do a quest, you have to get it approved by staff. I'm not trying to minimod. Just letting you know. If you already have, then that's great.

What kind of personality type should the character have? I'm thinking Jonathan would be the best if any of my characters.

I mean, a variety of personalities is probably best, but in general people who're willing to break a few rules and get into a little catastrophic amounts of trouble. So, yeah, Jonathan looks pretty solid.

Jonathan may look like a nice, flirty, pretty boy on the outside but he's not afraid to step out of his comfort zone. Him or Justin but I think Jonathan is the better choice.

I think my character Tristan's a pretty good fit. If you read his form... you'll see why xD

I was actually thinking that xD I was like, "Man, Wishie's got to get on because Tristan would be perfect."

Yeah, I was admittedly hoping he'd show up for this.

Anyway, we've got Flirty McGee, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and Girl Criss Angel along with their fearless leader Klepto Lass and her sidekick, Gay Hot Dad (form coming soon!). That sounds like a pretty full team to me, but I'll leave one spot open for the next 18 hours or so until I get the ball rolling on this.

Aw dang, if Tristan's coming I'd almost want Alvie along, but she's very much a rule-follower (even an enforcer, occasionally) so I'm pretty sure that would not work xD

Yeah, anyone who's big on justice probably shouldn't roll with this crowd. The other thing to think about is that, like in any good heist story, everyone has their unique skills to bring to pulling the job. Lyca's good at sneaking, stealing, and generally being a delinquent. Hunter has lots of cool tech toys from the mortal world that demigods don't normally mess with. With his Charmspeak, Jonathan's a people person. Tristan's the smart one. And Ria rounds out the team with some much-needed general asskicking ability. To me, that looks like a good team dynamic, which is why I'm only planning on one more addition at most.

I'm pretty psyched too. Our group needs an epic theme song too xD I've been trying to think of one that wasn't too terribly generic for being evil.
