The Sun Car [Group 1]

Chelle stepped out of the van like a normal person, but pulled open a doorway in the middle of empty air, disappearing into it.

{ Alyssa }
Unlike the others I just stay in the car, leaning back against the seat. The radio was now turned off and I really wasn't in the mood to eat or even get up.

~Jayce
I roll the windows down and turn the car off, turning to leave but staying when I see Alyssa isn't getting out.

"Hey, how are you feeling?"

{ Alyssa }
"I'm fine, just feeling a lot of mixed feelings about this whole quest," I look over to him for a second but then return to looking out the rolled down window.

~Jayce
"Well, I'm here if you want to tell me anything... Is there anything you want to eat?"

{ Alyssa }
"I know. And no. I'll just sit here and watch over the van. You go stretch and stuff," I say bluntly.

~Jayce
"You don't have to do that. But anyways, if you want anything I'll be at the Wendy's across the road, okay?"

{ Alyssa }
"Aye sir," I answer, sighing a little before I added in a small mutter, "if you picked up a vanilla frosty while your there I'd appreciate it."

~Jayce
"You got it," I say, moving across the center console and giving her a quick kiss on the forehead before closing the door and locking the car.

{ Alyssa }
I take a deep breath and exhale, beginning to wonder how the other group was doing. Along with how we were supposed to find the stupid car.

Lance -
I decide to stay in the car, not needing to do anything anyways.

~Jayce
I return to the car with the frosty and some food for myself, heading out to find the rest of the group so we could get going when I see it. Big, tall, and ugly, the Minotaur himself was heading our way. This was not going to be good.

"Alyssa, you might want to see this!" I shout, which unfortunately drew the monster's attention towards me. It shook it's head before beginning to charge, quickly building up speed and heading straight for the car.

{ Alyssa }
My attention perks up, seeing what he was, "Well shit!" I yell, already running out of the van to make sure I wouldn't be murdered in a creeper van.

~Esmee~

I spit out a string of Greek curses, fumbling to replace my frosty with a sword.

~Jayce
The minotaur charges, knocking over the minivan.

"Careful, everyone!" I shout, unclipping my earring.

~Esmee~

I get my sword out successfully and swing it through the air, leaving the usual trail of mist in it's wake. Manipulating the bit of water I had from that, I start to create a little more of it by multiplying the particles. Or how the heck ever Alvie had tried to explain it to me.

"Why did I leave my water bottle in that stupid car?" I grumble. I'll have to get it out later in the fight or something.

~Jayce
"There's got to be a fire hydrant around here somewhere!" I shout as the spear grows to full length. The Minotaur finally removes himself from the car, roaring loudly before turning to face me. Perfect.

I throw the spear, and while it leaves a gash along his shoulder, it doesn't impale him. In fact, if anything, it just makes him more angry.

~Esmee~

"Well, tell me when you see it!" I say, forgetting about the water momentarily to charge the beast with a powerful downward slash.

~Jayce
Too busy to reply, I roll away from the beast's attack, its huge fists crushing the ground I'd been standing in. It went to turn it's attention to Esmee, which was bad news for her.

I run over and pick my up spear, this time deciding to keep it in my hands for a more shocking result. I charge the spear with electricity and get behind the Minotaur, hoping Esmee would keep its attention.

~Esmee~

"'Sup, ugly," I mutter, sidestepping it's next blow and slashing at it's ribcage.

~Jayce
I stab the spear into the Minotaur's back, sand pouring out of the hole I'd created as I up the amps that were coursing through the metal to electrocute the beast. I thought I had it, but before I could pull the spear back the Minotaur had swung around and grabbed the end of it, his face twitching because of the current flowing through him, but still managing to send me flying against the wall, knocking me out cold.

~Esmee~

I swear loudly in Greek and slam my sword around in an arc, catching the monster across the back after he turns.

Chelle fell out of the air, directly over the Minotaur. Cursing violently, she stabbed her sword into its head. She was then bucked off, her sword still lodged where she'd been standing.

{ Alyssa }
I look around me before manipulating some of the light nearby, creating a blinding mask of hot light across his face and eyes. I then summoned Prophemi and waited for a good moment as the Minotaur bucks and kicks and roars in rage.

Lance

Thankfully I had gotten out of the van before the Minotaur totaled our van. I watch the rest of the groups failed attempts and I mutter, "Uhh do I have to do everything." I unsheathe my sword, pull off my jacket, and decide to do something stupid. I wave my jacket at the minotaur and call out, "COME AND GET SOME COW!"
