Training Area

Kora smiles then looks back at Pyotr. "I should get back work."

Ashton nodded and kissed her

Kora kisses him then heads back over to the boy she was training, "Sorry about that. Now lets try this one more time before we move on." She says as she attacks him.

Viktoriya ran into the arena, eager to get started.  She looked around, trying to decide what to do.  Her eyes settled upon the straw dummies. She drew her blade. She didn't know if anyone was with her, and quite honestly, she didn't care.  She started slashing at the dummy, then drove her blade right into the middle of it.

Barry ran into the arena, wave to Viktoriya and began to train.

Having seen Barry out of the Corner of her eyes, Viktoriya grinned and waved back at him before experimenting with more sword motions.

Barry smiled then began testing his speed against the dummy by attacking it at a blinding speed.

John slipped in, staying in the shadows as he made for a secluded corner. He stripped off his hoodie, leaving a light grey tank top, and clenched both fists, one silver, one flesh. He set up an automaton and began to train.

Maya looked around "hey barry!"

Kora walks in and starts to train.

John focused on training, but he was hyperaware of everyone else.

Kora walks over and smiles, "You're balance is off." she says to him as she fixes her hair back into a pony tail.

John grinned as he turned, using the bottom of the tank top to wipe sweat out of his eyes. "Nah," he laughed. "I'm just compensating. Handy bonus is it looks like I'm off balance."

Kora smiles, "I'm Kora. Are you new? I don't think Ive seen you around before."

"John," he returned, inclining his head. "I'm not new, but I went away for a while and came back not in the best headspace. I'm all better now, though. Stronger, too."

Kora nods, "Oh so you're John. Hannah's told me a lot about you. She's really happy that you're better." She says with a smile, "On that note." She says as she picks up practice sword, "How about you show me how well you are doing?" She says with a playful grin.

John grinned, raising his fists. "Come at me, darlin," he challenged.

Kora smiles and charges.

John blocked her easily with his left arm, joints whirring as they half-locked to keep her in place.

Kora groans, "So not fair." She says as she elbows him  in the neck and frees herself.

"You asked for it," John chuckled, stepping back.

Kora smiles and trips him up, "Man I haven't had a challenge like this in ages."

John righted himself easily, proving how on balance he was, grinning.

Kora smiles, "So, Your godly parent is Hermes?" she asks as she attacks again.

"Yup," John hummed, blocking swiftly and feinting an attack
