Personality: Justin is a very outgoing guy. He gets angry easily though. Some of the smalles things can lead him to get angry. He's very sweet and enjoys people's presence, he just has a short fuse. Also, he's very loyal to friends and significant others  despite the fact that he's had 4 girlfriends in 2 years.
Looks: Brown hair cut in a crew cut style. Green eyes, pale skinned and baby-faced (no facial hair)
God parent: Zeus
Power(s)?: Can summon light winds, and lightning. However he doesn't summon the lightning much because it makes him nauseous.
Backstory: Justin lived with his mother in Chicago until he was 14. Then, his powers started getting out of control. H had practically turned into a human time bomb. No one knew when or where he would strike. As a result, his mother sent him to CHB to learn how to better control his powers. After less than a year, he learned how to call upon the winds and lightning at well and became a dangerous asset in battle rather than a dangerous human being altogether.
Strengths: Swordfighting, Goody-goody, small and nimble and quick as a result, loyal and obedient as a dog
Weaknesses: Falls in love easily, Fear of long-term commitment, fear of heights, Archery
