Powers: Water manipulation and minor ice/freezing manipulation

Backstory: Found in a giant clam on the coasts of Scotland (teehee)

Strengths: when surrounded by water, can usually talk his way out of things, mostly has a positive attitude about everything

Weaknesses: dry areas, sometimes talks too much and things turn against himself that way, is very determined to fix mistakes he makes no matter what
