Backstory: Chiara was born into a ridiculously rich family. Her father, however, was still grossly in love with her mother, a woman he could never have. He took this out on Chiara, and she eventually grew sick of it and plotted against him. When she was young, she saw Paris Hilton on the TV, and wanted to be like her ever since(minus the falling off the charts part). She murdered her father, obtaining all of his money through his will and now lives happily alone.
